These terms are the agreement between you and the makers of Mopo Math ("the app") for using the app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian agrees on the child's behalf.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
The full version
Playing needs the full version, sold either as a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The one-time purchase does not renew and does not expire.
Purchases can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple Account.
Our content
The app, its characters, artwork, sounds and text belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the app.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. It is a practice tool and does not replace teaching.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; the new terms will be posted on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your right to use the app ends if you break these terms.
